Well...
There are two things that could be put onto this.
1.) You have to buy a repair kit to continue using it. (Just like all other perm. things in the store, besides suits.)
2.) They only allow you to heal as fast as the highest level Mushroom house in game. There would be no extra store slots. It would be simply for look.
That's what I think. :P
