From the gist of things it sounds like you are in prison for some reason. If you're only in there for a few hours, then just sit it out and you'll be back in-game soon enough.

Also, feel free to post in German as I'm sure we do have some fluent reader/writers of it amongst us on the forums. :)

I was accidentally put in prison as well before. Try to make a different character and whisper the [GM] that is online at the time (Hopefully there is one) of your character name and they can usually fix it if they aren't too busy. I got freed in about 5 minutes after I logged in on my alt and messaged Steam.

Also if you post your character's exact name here a GM from any server can log in and free you if you have done nothing wrong. (I believe IceMan is the one that actually freed me.)
