I'm not 100% sure on how to get it. I've heard that you just have to stay on for 24 hours straight. Is that true? and are there other variations of the "fiesta citien" title? like "rookie, ect" for the longer you stay on?

u have 2 stay on the same map for 5 hours and u get the title fiesta citizen and the longer u stay on the same map ur charecter title changes
