They aren't skins, they are special weapons. And some people have them. I think they gave them to the LEgends of Isya, but I'm not 100% sure.
Anyways, the halloween bow (which might be a skin), looks great! ^^

First of all not all legends got a teva weapons i.e. patch and abb (which was a mistake on dakkon part lol)...first one to cap on server gets a lvl 70 blue weapon weapon...which everyone consider super duper rare but now it's super duper common...lol not to mention the fact that they got kq blues...So does that mean that the lvl 70 blues that they got would disappear too? don't think so...and even if that were true then it wouldn't be fair for everyone else...plus it was never stated that the weapons would disappear in the event so doing so would cause a pretty big uproar and backlash from the community...like why bother to cap the hard way if your getting nothing for it lol...and why not stated in the begining? anyways that's my two cents on the matter

First of all, the need for mini-house appearance.
