The game will be released, however, no one has a release date at this time. Once Outspark has this date they will let everyone know.
The reason why the game was not released in January/February, was due to some business related issues that came up. If you look in the News and Announcements section, you can see the announcement regarding that delay in more detail.
Currently they have resolved these issues, but it still take some time for things to be put into place before the game can be released.
Please continue to be patient and keep an eye out for any new announcements in the Blackshot section for more information.
