I thought I'd take a shot at this. Most of this section is ignored from what people have told me but I thought that I'd take a shot and throw this out there.
Necromancer/Summoner? O.o
lvl 45 app pretige option
Primarily Mentality based
Fair HP + Fair/High MP + low Def
STONGLY skill usage based

This class would moreso revolve around a summoned creature around the same lvl of the necromancer/summoner. Rather than explaining it in text, a shorter, less straining to the eyes and patience would be a skill list. I only did up to lvl 71 for the sake of my own time :P

LVL 45:

Summon Monster Master
casting 50 mp
recharge 60 seconds
duration: Till summoned creature dies.
Would revolve around a simple list of summonable creatures. I think the list should be granted upon achieveing a new weapon rather than by lvl of this skill

Blood Of the Master
Casting 10 Mp
recharge: Nearly instant
Sacrifice 20% of your current HP to heal summoned creature by a ratio based on weapon+Mentality+Skill lvl?

LVL 46:
Enrage
Casting: 10mp
Recharge: 10 seconds
Duration: 30 seconds
Sacrifice 10% of current Hp to increase attack speed of summoned creature

LVL 51:
Blood of Creation
10 MP
no recharge
no duration
heal self by sacrificing 20% of summoned creature's HP, same ratio as Blood of the Master

LVL 56:
Blood of the Master Lvl 2

LVL 61:
Life's Pendulum Master Book
Casting: 10 MP
Recharge: 30 Seconds
Duration 60 seconds
Transfer DMG taken to summoned creature neglecting self sacrifices

Enrage Lvl 2

LVL 66:
Just Desserts
Casting: 10 MP
Recharge: 30seconds
Duration: 60 seconds
Sacrifice 15% of current HP to increase attack strength of summoned creature

Blood of Creation Lvl 2

LVL 71
Summoned Inferno
Cast: 10 MP
No casting time or recharge
Aoe Skill. To follow the concept of sacrifice yet still making this aoe possible to use, an item should be used for it I think.

Watchful Spirit
Cast 10 MP
30 second recharge
60 second Duration
Sacrifice 15% of current HP to increase the Defense of Summoned Creature

Blood Of the Master Lvl 3

----End----

Pros:
--Completely skill based, hard class to play but hard class to kill if used right

-- Fun? Would pose a challenge to most players of the game and gets extremely strong as the lvl of the Necromancer/Summoner Increases

Cons:

--Anti Buff= Rapage, Something a cleric can kill? Woot!

--Sandstorm, Hard blow, etc would make summoned creature run, it'd be fun to watch the summoner chase it around and wand it

Other ideas:
Condition transference(Burning hands, evil voice, hard blow etc), Dodge buff, Crit Buff, etc...

I doubt I can change the title But I'd like to include this as well.

Paragon?
These generally arent very popular classes but you never know. This is primarily a support class focused around shouts. The spear concept is assumed that a chain is attached to the arm that makes the spear retractable(I.E=No arrows). There are lots of skills for a reason so I've just listed them and minor descriptions.
First:
High Defense, High HP, Low MP, Very Low attack speed
Str and Wisdom based. Skills have the primary attribute listed next to them.
NOTE: All WIS based shouts have a 20 second duration with a 30 second recharge

LVL 45:
Retreat!( Mass movement speed uncrease, meaning that everyone in range gets it: WIS)
Harpoon(Like Windblow but slower, STR)

LVL 46:
Focus! (Mass crit up, WIS)

LVL 51:
Charge! (Mass DMG up, WIS)
Watch Out!(Mass Dodge up)

LVL 56:
Stand Your Ground! (Mass Guardianship, WIS)
Disable (Like Cruel Blow, same recharge STR)

LVL 61:
On Your Feet! (Mass Harmful effect cancellation. Ex: Evil Voice, Burning Hands, Poison Blow, Cruel Blow, Hard Blow, etc, WIS)
Begone! (Mass Mob Paralysis, Duration is that of Blindside, WIS)

LVL 66:
Empower (Str, sta, Agi up, STR based, duration same as WIS shout)
Enlighten (Int Wis, Men up, WIS based)
Impale (causes Bleeding)

LVL 71:
Holy Sphere (Aoe W/ 2-5 second recharge, STR based)
Poison Spear ( Like Poison Blow, STR)

---END---

This class would probably be a pain to lvl, and not very popular. But think of how beneficial two high level paragons would be in a PT if the coordinated there shouts correctly.

Pros:

-Great defense, even if there are a small amount of attack skills available a paragon can still stand its ground well

-Shouts are amazing support for a grinding pt or even an aoe if used properly

-Doesn't replace or overlap most of the aco/cleric/priest/paladin's purpose

Cons:

-May be hard to lvl

-Slow attack speed

-WILL have to micro manage most skills, or make bars solely based on pt composition instead of relying on the use of hotkeys

Reason I'm doing this is because Im getting bored and want a new class lol. I don't know about you guys. I hope this was interesting at the least if they aren't considered or implemented. LONG LIVE D&D!!! >.<
