*** im blocked

I tried getting on my account and I got all the way to the channel select screen and it said I was blocked due to violation or 3rd party something... I DIDNT EVEN DO ANYTHING!
Can someone help me get this fixed, I really wanna play my trapper again Q.Q

Im also changing passwords and everything incase some1 hacked my guy:eek:

Yea, if you were banned you should have got an email.

As stated previously, if you've been banned/suspended from the game you will have gotten a notification via email stating why and for how long.

If you have any questions regarding this, you'll have to submit a ticket to the CSR's since they are the ones who are best fit to handle this. There isn't much anyone can do for you on the forums.

You can get to the ticket form through my signature or through the Support tab. Be sure you include which game you are being blocked from, as well as your SparkID so they can identify you.
