Hello, I have a level 18 cleirc, but I still cant find the scroll skill? Is it in the skill masters thing? Ive heard a lot of places where people say they found the skill, like some, Quote: "... I think you get it when you buy staff mastery." Un-Quote, say they got the skill from the defensive skill's. Where is it origianly located? Thank you

Skill Master Ruby in Roumen.
The green vial icon looking box, click on that to go to the various skills that can be purchased. Also be sure its a skill you have selected from you 2 chosen.

Where is the scroll skill originally located? Press K & pick a skill there.
The stage after that is Skill master ruby, just remember she has multiple mages in her alchemy section.
