Yea, normally once a mod or GM approves it, it becomes official.

Not to be mean or anything...but I think Arissa should go up there and take Wateris down...whenever I'm in pvp, Wateris doesn't seem that awesome.

This Thread isn't based on Pvp ranking, its level-based.
Making a Top Pvp thread would be extremely difficult, and would need constant maintenance.
