Black screen?

I made sure I downloaded all the new drivers and required programs before I tried out the game, so its not that. After I select my character it goes black and has the game cursor moving, almost like its loading because I can hear music too. I use windows vista.

that happened to me once too then i restarted my computer

go to start>Run>type DxDiag>Go to the third barhttp://i23.tinypic.com/54sktv.png and look at your driver card and version and now you know whats your vers. and driver card and google for updates

i have the exact same sats as you maybe you should upgrade your driver mines did that also when i didnt upgrade
