I need help to get unglitch

One of my character name Goldenaire ran out of elderine. I was whispering to my friend near CP gate, and all of the sudden my char just ran through the wall, and now I can't see anything at all. Just my character and a light blue screen on the back ground. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall Fiesta or what? Please help me.

Happened to me too, relogging fixed it, but if that doesn't work and none of the other suggestions do try submitting a help ticket.
