There is something wrong with the Lucky Balls. I PURCHASED the lucky ball bundle... and all three of the balls gave me ONE pot each. That is robbery. The MINIMUM we should get is at least the value of what we paid. I don't expect a perm with every ball. But if we aren't going to get ANYTHING of worth... why should we spend our money on them? Unless this is fixed... I will not be buying anymore lucky balls. Period.

Yeah, I hear ya'. I bought a Star Luckyball(male) yesterday, and got 3-5% pendants, and that was it! I can buy that in Eir, and the sad part is I spent 2800 sparkcash,,,Grrrrr.

You can get 5% pendants in eir? The ones in the npc store are 1% aren't they? I think the best pendant you can get in game is a 2.

lol,,I was being sarcastic. Problem is just in scale to what I feel. Yes, the pendants are 1%, as I feel i've been ripped off by 4%.

It was the bundle that comes with one Easter Lucky Ball and two Spring Lucky Balls. Also, the three Purple Lucky Balls that came with my $25 Outspark Card also only had ONE pot each in them. Always before I have gotten a minimum of 300 pots. I can also tell you that there were people (including my daughter) that got a single pot from the Sample Lucky Ball that was given to everyone.

I bought a cash card last saturday at Target, and was lucky to get three purple balls and some PJ's. Yes i did luckout and get 300 pots. So it may be a recent glitch.

i just bought sc card from target today and got one pot for each luckyall....

but when i bought 4 moon luckyballs none of the items showed up...unless they are also just one pot each >.>''

What Star lucky ball was it?? Male or Female???
And was it a MP pot or HP pot??

I did a few star lucky ball Male this morning and i got 100 small pots

it was male moon ball i bought 4 total
when i first opened 3 purple balls i thought that since i didn't see the usual 100+ increase to the amounts i already had maybe i had just gotten one so i watched my inventory as i clicked the moon balls
it said i gotten large mp pots at one time and the number of my large mp pots didn't change (i got mp,hp and elixers. the pendents showed up though)
i also tried relogging to see if that was the problem

ok i tried my purple lucky ball that came with my 10$ spark card it said Large Hp potions but i only got 1. I'm not gonna chance it on any other balls till I hear it's ok again.

I bought pro lucky ball bundle and got only 1 medium elixir, 1large hp and 1 medium hp.
the day before i bought the same thing and got 200 small hp pots and 100 mp pots
pretty expensive pots if you only receive 1
I was on marian server at the time of both purchases

i used the spirng ,easter, and purple LBs and yes got 1 hp, mp, and elixir for each one -.-

Not sure which ones come from which balls, since I opened the Easter ball, the two Spring and the three Purple all one right after another, but I got the following:
1 Medium Elixer
1 Small Elixer
1 Small Elixer
1 Medium HP
1 Medium MP
1 Large MP

So it isn't just one kind of pot that is glitching. Hope this helps. Will we get replacement Lucky Balls? I mean.. those aren't exactly cheap.

Same with me i purchased 2 Noob Bundles and 1 White Lucky Ball and 3purpe balls
[[from the $25 dollar target card]]...and i recieved:
1 Small Hp Potion
1 Medium HP Potion
2 Small Mp Potion
1Medium Mp potion
1 Small Elixir
2Medium elixirs

.....and im wondering too are the lucy balls gonna be replaced?... this is really alot of money and will also discourage further use.

I wonder if the free sample LB was part of this glitch, or if the single pot from the sample was accidentally extended to every LB.

And i really wonder how they intend to reimburse all the ppl screwed over by this.

I would like to also add that the Free Sample Lucky Ball that I got recently only contained 1 Small Hp Pot in it. At first i thought of it as an April Fools Joke, but after seeing this thread, I think it's a little more than that. GMs please look into this matter as it will effectively cut down the purchases of Lucky Balls greatly, namely for me too as I try to find the perm items that I'm searching for. If I do get Pots from a ball, Free Sample or other, then it should be the fair ammount of 100 for small HP pots.

Don't buy anymore till it's been fixed. Hey how about you GM's get a running bulletin on the game? Like have 'Mr. Notice' tell everyone it's got a glich, and it'll be fixed by-????

It would seem as though my bank has recieved a large amount of small hp's. Is this your doing Rubix? If it is, I can't thank you enough. The GM's dedication and promptness is really great. This is why the game is so much fun. Is the problem truly fixed now? Has anybody else recieved reimbursment?

yeah the same thing happened to me i bought a spring, black and white lucky ball and they all gave me 1 potion or 1 emoticon. i was pretty upset and i hope i get some sort of compensation for this because that was 8400 sc that was more or less wasted.

This happened to me also. I contacted CS on Thursday and I still have not heard anything back.

i contacted them on Thursday or friday still haven't heard form them... MAybe they are spammed w/ complaints about the lB issue

It's Saturday, Outspark Customer Service is closed on weekends like most companies...since they have a 2 or 3 day turn around if you sent a ticket on Thursday or Friday you probably won't get a reply till Monday or Tuesday.

Well, I certainly haven't received any reply or reimbursement. Are you sure that's where they came from? Maybe someone sent you a gift.... I would be fine if they just gave me the normal amount of pots I would have received, and of course fixed the lucky balls so it doesn't happen again.

HEY i recieved my reply today and they said "We sincerely apologize, however that promotion ended in January. You essentially received items that you were not supposed to be awarded. Please consider this as a gift as you were not supposed to receive any luckyballs." I dont understand wht they mean. Can someone tell we wht they mean?..... and can EVERY1 also post their CsR reply on forums?
.....i want to know how they responded to the problem.

I got a response yesterday... they replaced ONE of the lucky balls, but since I purchased the bundle of THREE lucky balls, I replied and thanked them for the one... but asked for them to replace the other two as well.

If you got your lucky balls from the target promotion then it means you got lucky balls you shouldn't of gotten. The promotion had been over for some time but you were still getting lucky balls.. That is what they are referring to. So they are not going to replace an item that you were not suppose to be getting in the 1st place.. Unless the lucky balls you are referring to are not from that promotion

Click the Support link --> http://support.outspark.com/

It redirects to the new help section -- and when you're redirected there, you will be presented with a page with three tabs. There's one to contact a CSR via a ticket system. In that window, you can explain your problem in detail. Hope that answers that ;3

The other really easy way to submit a ticket is to send an email to support@outspark.com I actually find that easier, especially if I need to attach a pic or something.

Well, Have you tried the new ticket system XD? There's places to attach screenshots or other documents. Input fields for which game and lots of other things x3..

Actually, it was posted somewhere from Shadowic2 saying that CSRs no longer reply to the "support@outspark.com" email - and that to use the new system. I'm guessing it just makes a CSR's job more easier to do since it gets sorted out more easily? :3

The only problem with that, is that it requires you to fill in every field in order to submit the ticket... or did last time I used it. Not all problems fit into their fields very well. And I did get replies using the support email... though I can try to do it the other way next time. :)
