Quest buged ??

Hi I have just occured second problem with quests . . . .


First one - Can't accept the Smith James "Chooligans of the mine" quest. The dialog start but I can't go further ( no dialog button ) so i cant accept the quest


Second - Cant finish quest of "Children dinner" of Ancient templar Maria, I have all the items but as I wrote before there is same problem - no dialog button to complete quest.
