I recently started DreamWeavers, and spent alot of time and energy getting the basics in the guild vault, not much just the basics. 100,000 in kron, some +1ap's for all classes, lots of pots, books, ect. I was open for one day, signed up 8 players and spent time getting to know the guys. I know I should have implemented restrictions right away, but forgot. Later that night, one of our members took everything out of the vault. Now I know two of the members quit that night, without giving me a reason. They totally ignored me. Is there anyway I can get a record of guild vault activity for two nights ago? Thanks.

I'M THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN EVEN INVITE AND EXPEL, CAUSE I'VE HAD GUILDMATES IN ADELINE GUILDS WHO TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THAT POWER AND KICKED PPL FOR NO REASON. ANYWAYS, I DONT THINK THERES A WAY TO SEE THE GUILD STORAGE ACTIVITY, HOWEVER, CAN JUST CHECK AND SEE HOW MUCH PPL DONATE, AND IF THEY TAKE ANY OUT, IT'LL DECREASE FROM THE AMOUNT THAT THEY PERSONALLY DONATED, SO YUU CAN CHECK THAT, BUT I THINK THATS ALL. WOULD BE NICE IF WE COULD SEE THE ACTIVITY THOUGH, VERY HELPFUL FOR GMs.

Sorri to hear about this happening on Marian aswell, its guite sad realli. Theres no way to check the guild activity, as for donates if the member who withdrew is stil inside then it'll say who and how much they withdrew in guild window.
But i guess there not much more you can do if they left except to be more cautions, restrict members access, etc. The usual stuff.

yes please as Quazzie said, we must know them, I don't think thats blacklisting, we are protecting our guilds.

ok the question is: How to prevent that from happening again???
As a starter, I would like to say, Don't give anybody the power to withdraw krons or give anybody access to guild storage...

Keep ALL new guildies in a probation stage for at least two weeks. Then a slight promotion, may be in order. I've had my guild for three weeks, and have learned who I can trust. I've assigned a core of officers(3) to oversee operations. Under the officers are the council(6) they organize groups for lvling, and taking care of lower levels. Then I have 15 in the assembly. Some are very happy with the assignments, and all of them have now taken an active part in protecting our guild vault. All in all, it's a minor success story.
