Yup, use the storage in town and deposit money or items into it. The log into one of your other characters and you can withdraw items/money from the storage.

To trade stuff between two characters on the same account simply put the item(s) in storage by talking to an NPC (non-player character) that has Storage Keeper (or something like that) in front of their name. For example "Storage Keeper Raina" is in Roumen (the starting town). There is one storage person per city (I assume there is one in Uruga, never been there though). When in storage two windows should appear, one is what is in your storage area, and one is your inventory screen. To put something into storage simply right-click it to transfer it to your storage. Similarly to take something out of storage right-click the item you want to take out. To deposit or withdraw money click the appropriate button at the bottom of the storage window. This will pop up a third window to enter into how much you want to deposit or withdraw, then click okay.

Remember your storage is shared between all four of your characters. I believe one full inventory (both pages full) is one full page (one of two) of storage.
