SC Meridian R and Accessory Item quest

Can this item be used on Xenning armor or is it just for the new pet/wing/accessory item questions? And what is the new accessory item quest that came out with the wings? Is it a brand new item you make or is it Xenning like the pends you get at class changes?

from what i read in game of the accessory enhancement it applies a random stat boost to the item being enhanced.

I thik they are talk about the accesory that every class gets with a lvl 35 quest
for rogues its the payshan bracelet for squire the tramis necklace

My guess is that it's like the wings, the first time u succeed u get a new item. Doing it again upgrades the existing item (but more likely to break it).
This is not confirmed tho.

I think it is just for these new quests, but maybe someone official like will tell us soon. It would be nice if it would insure we didn't downgrade or destroy a nice piece of gear.

I made 1 accessory so far it was a pearl of wisdom that gives +1 wisdom. Not a very good accesory i will have to try more another time.
