well ive never heard of this you can try contacting a CSR (http://outspark.custhelp.com/app/ask)

a few things you can try are:
-(vista/64bit OS)right click fiesta icon -> properties -> compatibility -> check the set compatibility settings for Windows xp SP2 and the run as admin check boxes, and click ok.
-make sure your firewall allows fiesta to access internet, or turn it off
-make sure you have most up to date video drivers/directX

flashboom ive actualy tried all of those but the problem still persists. its even happening on another computer that runs XP.

Like Flash said its a good idea to contact a CSR. I believe he provided the link as well.

In the meantime can you take a screen shot and post it here so that we can get a better idea of what you're looking at?

well those things usually will fix alot of log in problems

but ive never seen/heard of this error b4, contact a csr by clicking link i gave you and wait for response(provide screenies)

in meantime since you dont have anything better to do you can try reinstalling the game lmao


EDIT: Btw when you get answer on what to do from CSR, post what you did to fix it, so i can add to guide and it will help people in the future that are having this problem ^^

Try things i suggested earlier, if they dont work you have to wait for response from CSR

btw what OS are you using?
the windowed mode thing look weird(tho i havent used windowed mode in while)

if you are using anything but XP/Vista, OS doesnt offer support for those, which could be the problem

I have windows xp home edition so yeah this shouldn't be happening to me lolz

btw iam very lazy so i dont feel like contacting a CSR and i assume someone on this fourm already did, so ima just wait for someone to post it rather then waste the csr's time asking a question many ppl already asked

When you submit a ticket to a CSR you'll get an auto-response within 24 hours. This is just to let you know that your ticket has been received. Within the next couple of days you'll receive an actual response from a CSR regarding your problem. Don't worry, we'll get it figured out ^^

The support from Outspark seems to be non-existent compared to other games like IGG.
Maybe i should take my money to IGG and bid Outspark farewell?

Well, I've had enough. After uninstalling, updating all my drivers, patching, manual and /or automatic, this still doesn't work. Tried installing on a completely different PC. Same problem. Seems there's a bug in the installation file that had been overlooked? Either way, I've played a lot of similar online games and not one of them had as many issues as Fiesta seems to be having. I will therefore quietly withdraw from this game and will not return. Games should be fun, not contribute to elevated blood pressure. Good-bye Outspark.
