Hi, I'm new to purchasing items from the SparkStore. I'm interested in the Rain Set, but unsure of what it really offers. The SparkStore details "bright yellow Rain Hat, Slicker, and Galoshes" for the Rain set, but what exactly does that mean? Is it purely for aesthetics or does the apparel set offer Defense, Power, Experience boost, etc.?
