Actually I think it's wrong for Outspark to add such things. Considering younger kids play this game. If you don't read the fine print on that stuff, you'll end up charging money to accounts and such..(Ringtone Applications being only one of them...)

90% of the offers on there are for the cell phones, thats what they ask for a pin number. If younger kids are using it then perhaps the parents should get the a payasyougo phone so they dont end up paying a multiple hundred dollar bill. I actually dont mind this idea since i get paid at certain times of the month
