How do i product scroll?

:oI had all the ingredients but i cant poduce..and i had the Sroccl Production skill...
And SAy it : "You dont have the Production skills"..something like that...:)

I need help..
And How do I become a "Aprentice Fighter or Higher"?
And ..the last question...
How do i Refine Itens...
I Already have the shield and elrune(for shields)

1st question,about apprentice Fighter you automatically recieve it when you lv 10,and you will get higher class i.e.Clever Fighter by complete changing quest at Lv20.(You recieve the title but you cant use the skill or armor of the class yet.)

2nd question,Go to find Smith James(the smith master at Roumen)then talk to him,you will see there is 3 choices,
First is buying armor/weapon. Second is refine item. Last one is close.

Here are the step of enchament,
1.Choose the second one,then it will open up your inventory.
2.Unequid your sheild put it on the center then put the elrue in a slot you think is lucky
3.Click on the start enchament you will wait see whetever you success or failed.
If you success your weapon get upgrade,if failed you will either get downgrade or your weapon break.

AANd about the scrools why i cant?

You need to purchase the recipe for the type of scroll you want to make. You can buy the scroll recipies from the skill selling NPC person.

You can purchase scrolls production skills form several npcs, the most used would be Ruby though in Roumen ^^

At this stage you should have 3 yellow scrolls in your list that require 0 skill. You need to buy the recipes for these 3 from skill master ruby. Go to her alchemy tab, go to the 2nd page of it, and on the lower left she has spell scroll: accuracy, etc.

spell scroll: accuracy will activate your power scroll making
spell scroll: magic def will activate you armor scroll making
recipe: devine magic will activate your devine magic scroll making (mislabeled with recipe instead of spell scroll, I think it had a potion icon too, it was a few pages further in)
