What R Gms 4?

This is another tme i have 2 post reply that doesnt get answered. The feista circus goes round an round everybody else gets answered Y not me. I only complian when it effects my game play. since i ve been on i think i ve reported 4ppl 2 bots myself and dakkon this makes no sense to me how i ve got no answer 2 my problems from the GMs that means all, I cant put it on 1, really guys step up ur game. Goodie2

Lol, The Gms have enough on their plate they have to look after the whole of the Fiesta community and can't be everywhere. They do good enough so show some respect

I show much respect 2 everybody, atleast say something. How would u like it if u keep getting warred and cant fight back. Does that seem like fun 2 u?

Archaonn's point is that the GMs are not Gods.
They are just as human as you are and they can't take care of everything all at the same time.

The thing is GMs rarely get to check and help with these problems through the forum.
The best thing to do to get help the fastest is to either PM one of them or even e-mail them.

There are 3 GMs that interract with players. There are 3 servers. This means that out of all the thousands of people reporting bugs or bots or harassment only a single person is around to handle it.

This is why most games have the volunteer force to help out with the workload. The problem is that with a volunteer force getting powers it also opens up potentials for abuse so for at least the present time the Outspark staff has decided to keep that option off the table.

In bright news the GM's have mentioned in another post about something being fixed when the weekend ends and they get back to the office. So today or tomorrow these issues may possibly find of them resolved.

Thank you for the kind words Archaonn. There are many duties for GMs and CSRs that go on behind the scenes where you may not notice. We are constantly working to improve your game play experience and we honestly make every effort we can to help everyone that asks.

As was mentioned, sending a PM via forums to your GMs for game play issues (not help with quests, or asking for game advice) will usually result with a faster response. If your question is more technical and specific requiring investigation, I would recommend emailing support@outspark.com. I hope that helps.

did you get reported twice for being a bot, or did you report someone else twice for being a bot? or is it something else entirely?

I agree, step up the English instead of telling the GMs to step up their game.

Your sentence struction makes it look like you and Dakkon are bots.

This above quote is a good example to my request in the first sentence.

The last part of this setence made absolute no sense at all. Even me, who works with bad English speaking types, can't make heads and tails of what is TRYING to be said. With that in mind, I'm not suprised there hasn't been much response. It's like reporting, if you cant report it in a manner that is UNDERSTANDABLE, then they really can't help because they can't ready or translate the broken English. No offense, but that's ultimately what's causing the huge rift right now in getting a reply to you.

I type the same way in forum as I do in the game. My wife has advised me that I should keep shorthand in the game and be as clear and complete as possible in the forum. Sorry for all the confusion. I am not illiterate I was just using shorthand. Thanks for all of the help though.

Ok i emailed outspark already adressing some issue's. I was really formal about it, wasn't rude and i haven't gotten a reply. How often do they read their emails. Anyway the gms can't do anything outspark has to do it. SO please give the gm's a break they are only doing what they are told to do. Plus there is a help email address for a reason.

really i got the point so if u will stop with the word bashing, and post help information i wouuld appreciate it. i ve been playing since closed beta 2 but i have never needed help, with website issues, so calm down a bit.

could you at least retype/post what the problem is? maybe then we can give you some helpful feedback.

Umm i agree with the person who posted this thread. It is no excuse that there are only 3 gms,if i have time to go through all these forums by myself, then so can 3 gms. As for mocking the persons english skills, that is a bit low. Everyone makes typos- its no big deal and actually peoples questions should be answered more. by the way if you ask me you all sound like the gm suck ups I see around, you accuse bumstick of treating them like gods when you guys are the ones worshipping them :P

you know, i wasn't trying to insult the guy, i simply said i don't understand what the problem is, and asked if he could reword it so we might be able to help.
and who mentioned anything about GMs being gods? and if they were gods, they could certainly solve whatever the problem the original poster is having..at least i would hope they could. wouldn't make a very good god if not :P
