how should i add the rogue skills?

im not sure if this is like maple but im just checking.

the skills have levels right? so should i like focus on adding poison or sprint or something for the rogue skills or do i just add em all?

All the skills increase his level by buying it again in a higer level, so In my opinion you should buy them all. ^^
