Good gravey, my guild is dying!

Hey!
So me and some one who actually has the lvl to start a guild currently own and co-lead a guild!
We started becaus some *coughasjkldjfkasdfcough* joined our old guild, "P R I D E" and really messed us over. Details not in this thread.
It was going great, til she lost interest and stopped promoting, training, and being a decent guild leader. She left me the job of running guild events. (guild pvp, training, events, recruiting)
i did the best i could, but the people that joined were a bit...... stupid, and over all uninterested in the game! most of them quit, fine by me, i didnt like them.
The problem is now my [formerly] dedicated members are losing interest! They have started to quit and talk trash about over members and starting drama!
MY GUILD IS DYING!!! HEEEEELP D:

p.s. it was originally supposed to be a gay/les/bi guild. and everyone is terrified of straight people apperntly, i feel thats what needs to be done, they dont. IDK!

you posted on the wrong guild forums

my advice = start over, let the old members quit, find people you like and make a new guild with them, and have fun. the way your thread sounds, your trying to please some people. Dont try to please anyone again, its foolish and get you nothing but criticsm.

First of all, isn't pride in Adeline? Anyways...guilds will always end/die someday. LIVE WITH IT D< jkjk. Try to recruit new members and think of new events n stuff...and chat in guild chat a lot. :3

i say if u hate everyone and none of them are active and they talk trash,boot them all o.o,start over with new ranks and new guild events,i agree with sedfvgt start ALLLLL over i have a char on adeline im not really active on but i can be if u ever need my help just write something on my profile
