I was wondering, is scamming someone for sc a bannable offense? I've seen it happen and i was wondering. Is is bannable to scam someone into gifting you something and not paying for it?

Scamming in general is a bannable offense, although gifting may be taken with a different stance given that it's not a paid for service. For instance, a mushroom shop with a certain scroll being advertised, but it being a different scroll sold at an outlandish price.
