You gotta kill one of us off first.
But seriously,
It's a job. You have to apply, qualify, interview, and get hired.

people ask all the time, its just been a few months since the last one.
Answer: move to California, be above 18 with a high school diploma, find the Out Spark offices, apply for a job, be a geek enough with comps to get hired, be fail enough to get stuck on GM duty. then presto....... you are now Silky's slave congrats. *all of that is true up to the geek part. youd have to ask silky to confirm that point, but im willing to bet im at least close* :D
p.s. dont worry silky your not fail. you get to boss the new guys around since you lasted more than a year ;)
p.s.s. Moto rules though

Honestly the easiest way to get an entry level position at Outspark is by Internship. 18 years old... well that's cutting it :)
BTW, Motors is QA Manager. He doesn't work on my Team.

kinda guessed cause he never acted like the other GMs. always hiding and being sneaky. i like him cause he's fun to go spammer hunting with though. the GM ban hammer comes in handy :D

BTW, I'm not a GM either.
GM is just a tag that we all use because it's the standard in the industry.

yes well seeing as how i dont work for you guys how could i know if you use the name for the sake of the name or if that's your actual title? :D
but in all seriousness though you all do good work. was kind of surprised when the server problems a couple weeks ago didn't last longer than they did. you all cleared that up nicely.

Yes, flattery will get you very far. ;)

its not flattery. how many people do you know that can fix 4 faulty servers in 2 days back to almost perfect working order with only shutting them down 2-3 times and losing no data? its not the hardest work in the world but it definitely isnt easy. they did a good job and i meant it, and i thought i should say it since i kinda just bashed silky's job even though it was jokingly.

yes and rabid defense of those receiving the flattery is worth double points :p
