NEW looking for a build for rouge/trapper

Like the title says im new and im not 100% sure of the stats i may need. It says dex for attack but...to be honest i dont know. is there any reason for me to put little str or spt? any help or guidence would be very much appreciated:)

Strength is useless for a rogue of any kind. I think most ppl using either trapper or assassin use 3dex 1spr.
On my rogue char I'm going for this build.(Although I'm going for assassin, it should also work for trapper just as well.)

Lvl 1 7dex 2spr
Lvl 2-29 +3dex +1spr
Lvl 30-99 +4dex +1spr

At some point between 30-99 you should add 20-30 int for mp for use in unlimited pvp..(I go for 30.)
