Nope. (It might but not so sure lol)

The generic way to increase your skill damage is by raising your attack(strong) power (as it is counted with the magic damage coming from the skill).
So either raise your Dex stat, get the next weapon, by upgrading your equipment, or of course by buying the next highest possible skill at you reach closer towards that level.

still, even if it doesn't increase M.Dmg, archers and all the other classes have sp problem. u need int for the Points.

It definitely increases the damage.
I am lvl 14 with a rough 2Dex:3Int stat split. Everytime I level up, I hit some Monkeys with elemental arrows, record the damage for each type, add 1 point to Int, and repeat until all my stat points are used up.
I have observed that around once every 3 Int points the damage for an elemental arrow goes up by one. The rise in damage is not simultaneous. I think it's a percentage based sort of thing.

This game is not about stupid damage numbers. So please stop discussing for godsake. It makes me sick. Its not like someone doing more numbers is a super pro or someones numbers low is a noob.

Come out of it guys. Its alright as long as you are having fun.

I'm not sure if I'm doing right, but I'm a Beast Master level 32 and I ONLY train dex and I'm doing pretty good I think..
