25points are added in the spr...1point=0.2% critical rate...
after 25... 1point =0.1%
is that right?????

You'll actually get to +25 spr faster than 25 since you get extra bonus points at lvl 20. But yes the first 25 SPR added with free stats is +.2% each and thereafter you only gain .1% each SPR free stat.

i ll add 25spr in my chracter, then all add INT...
when the store open , i think there will be some items for sale, which increase the critical rate.
