Yeah i had the same problem a couple of days ago. I used a bunch of methods but none of them worked out for me. A Buffer Overrun is like the file is too full. For example there is a folder that can only hold 5 numbers but because of all the npcs and the other characters in the game it increases the nunbers which resolves in a buffer overun.
(It might be usefull to print this out)
To resolve this problem the easiest way to do it is to press shift + z to hide all the characters. But if you are a person like me and like the characters to show then heres a little for complicated way to do it.
Uninstall Fiesta Online by going to Start>All Programs>Outspark>Fiesta>Uninstall Fiesta.
The unistation is very quick (well depending on your computer speed I guess)
Now once your done you have to do a system restore which is bringing your computer to a earlier time of this month. This will not harm any of your files.
You can do this by going to Start>All Programs>Accesories>System Tools>System Restore
A new window should pop up and select Restore Computer to a earlier time if not selected. Click on next and it should show a calender of what time you would like it to retore to. Choose the restore point date right before the day the buffer overrun started. Then your computer should restart and it will take longer then it would usually start so its normal. Oh and be sure to close all programs before you do it.
Once the restore is finished reinstall Fiesta and you should be good to go!
