for some reason, every time i try to create a charecter i get an error and it just goes bak to the login screen? can some1 help me out

why don't you try to uninstall the game and then download it again and install it?
try it it migth work that way.

What exactly is the error? Are you using names that have already been made in-game? To test if this is the case try making a char named NewChar001 or some similiar random name. Did this fix the issue?
Are you taking so long in creating the character that the game logs you out for inactivity? To resolve this issue decide exactly what your character class, gender, appearrance, and name will be before you log in, and then quickly fill them out as quickly as possible.
Are you getting a message saying Unable to perform this action. error? To fix this issue restart your computer.
Are you getting an error message saying something about outspark.exe.log? To check why you are getting this error open this log file and then post it to a GM.

Is the bug something not yet stated in my post? Explain it better please if it's fixable someone will try to help you or will direct you to the Outspark support.
