The name changed but I think the original was called Xenepic Online (atleast that's the japanese version anyways). So SotS is new in the sense of an international game (or North American... I'm not quite sure what the target location is) as it's not released to the public yet. But it isn't a brand new game as the original (I'm assuming) is Korean (Typically MMORPG's go Korean Version [original] ==> Japanese Version ==> International/North American and then sometimes a European version)
