Hello,
My Fiesta is running perfectly fine except for one small detail... *Points to Title of post* I have tried entering Elderine from the Portal guys in the other towns, I have tried scrolling, I have tried going through a gate, nothing works. I even tried on characters on multiple servers. Nothing.

Whenever I try, the loading screen comes up, and when the letters turn greenish-blue as a loading indicator, it gets up to G and says:

"The exception Cannot Continue
Windows cannot continue from this exception
(0xc0000025) occurred in the application at location 0x773a0e07"

If it helps, I run 32-bit Vista as my OS. This has never happened to me before, so any and all help would be appreciated. Thank you very much.

Edit: So far I have tried reinstalling Fiesta, and updating/rolling back the driver. Nothing worked

Try to re-install your Fiesta.. It maybe because of the map file was corrupted..
If it dosen't solve the prob, try to re-download installer.

Sadly, I already tried that but it still doesn't want to work. I haven't reinstalled my installer yet because it worked perfectly fine in the past, but I will try that

Edit: No, it didn't work. Help please? ;~;

This issue has unfortunately happened to more than just you, but it generally happens when your computer has an issue with your graphic card drivers or can't display a file due to insufficient rights.

Here are 3 things you can try to do in order to get rid of this issue. I can't guarantee that it will work, but you can just give it a go =)

1. As already mentioned I recommend that you reinstall the game. This means flushing your harddrive off the game files, not just going into "uninstall the game". You will notice that a lot of files remain and even files in your registry will stay. So I suggest you delete the entire game OFF the hard drive, run a search and delete all files associated with the game. (If you are comfortable with it, you can also go into "regedit" and eliminate the registry for the game). Next you download the client again and install the full game. Make sure you install it for the Administrator user in order to avoid "privileged issues".

If you just reinstall the game OVER the actual copy of Fiesta Online you are not technically reinstalling, but just overwriting the files in your folders. The registry as well as the hidden files within the folders are NOT affected by this. So make sure to delete the files first, redownload the client and install it that way =)

2. The second method is updating your graphic card drivers. Since you are running Windows Vista, there are often company updates for graphic card drivers in order to make the card run more efficient for the operating system. If you have "Windows Automatic Updates" running it might have downloaded AND installed a new driver that can not display parts of the Elderine Nif Models. Generally this is associated to Vista and has nothing to do with the actual game, so you might wanna try download the newest Driver from the official website that your graphic card is from.

Make sure that it's the "Vista Version" of the driver, as any other version can cause serious corruption to your system as well as cause problems with your graphic card. If the issue still occurs you can always contact the producer of the card and ask them about the error. Usually the service hot lines are free of charge and they give you a troubleshoot over the phone.

3. Your Administrator Rights do not allow the game to open the Elderine Model File. This sometimes happens when you are playing the game that you previously installed NOT USING THE ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT. The problem now is that when you login to your account, Vista thinks that there's a security issue with your Program (Game) and therefor shuts it down.

What you can try do is Right Click both the OutsparkLauncher.exe and Fiesta.bin file and go to Properties. You than go to the security tab and delete every user inside EXCEPT the Administrator Account. When you highlight the Administrator account you should be able to see that he has FULL CONTROL over both files, thus it should solve the issue of not having enough rights, AS LONG AS YOU USE THE ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT to play the game =)

Overall I believe the issue you are facing is your Operating System that has an issue with your Graphic Card (Driver). I will look more into it, but in the meantime, lets hope a CRS (Joker or someone else ;P ) will have a better solution for you =)

Cheers,
Flo
