All my Characters are gone!?

i haven't been on in a while because i needed the new download, i finaly went on and my level 17 mage is gone along with the others.... her name was Vasinatrix....

If you mean the characters you had during the Closed Beta testing this is not a bug. They deliberately deleted all Closed Beta characters and even told people ahead of time that they were going to do it once Open Beta was released. We are now in open beta testing but have been told that the OB chars are safe from the char wipe.

Any characters that did not make at least level 20 before CB2 ended, were whipped. If you made 20, the characters would be reset to level 1 and would retain their sex/class/name only.
