Glitch?

It only happened today, but every time i get to Rumen i keep getting "websites" above my head. And if i say something several others will say it too.

I heard that bots are the ones who have that over their heads... And i don't want to be confused as one.

Has it always been like that and i just never noticed?

I've heard of that but I never seen it happen.


I assume that may be its something that only can see but then again I don't know.
(I also assume its a chat related bug as like the RO chat bug were you would see the chat in double.)

Don't rely on that being right though.

It's happening to most anyone. I see it over other people's heads, I see it over my own. It gets annoying and makes it even more impossible to even have a simple pop up chat box conversation to others. =/
