Standard among standard:
At level 16, speak to the NPC called "Reinmoth", when you have the jurean pieces 1/4, 2/4, 3/4 and 4/4 found from monsters around the accessable maps for newbies.

You might keep this in mind(frequent most asked next to this one):
1. The petmerchant can be found at the north east corner of the square in the town you are in.
2. The vegetable lady's stand is southwest on the same map.
