Well i'm sure i'm not the only one who thinks Fiesta has some issues in the way of pvp balance and even pve balance in some cases, so i'm going to start this thread and more then likely have it completely ignored, but who cares, i've been a developer on a few other online games and I know there is a small chance some of this will be absorbed by the dev team or a friend of a dev. ^^

Refined Equips : I don't see why +9'ed equips only give more def, imo I think they should give more def, mdef and evasion to be fair on all class, the way it is currently helps fighters/clerics a lot more then others, which is unfair we pay the same amount to get our equips +'ed, so we should also reep the same benifits... >.<

Quest Drops : This whole quest drops / players not wanting to party for them is causing a lot of flame fights, ks'ing and generally causing mayhem upon the community. If you guys decided to change the way quest drops work to be universal in a way as a example. " Party of 5 go on killing spree to find drops, when 1 does drop, make it a universal item that each player in the party and in screen also obtain when ANY player in party grabs it. ", I think this idea will help everyone get along better, and a friendly/happy community is always a good thing. ^^

I had many more ideas such as this but didn't write them down, should have learnt that by now. >.>

i like the quest drop idea
if everyone gets in pt when 1 drops
it would save a lot of time and stress (especially when you think someone else is taking yours)

i dont aggree with the refining though...
defense helps archers and mages too...
its just the high hp which gives the fighter an advantage
and self heals which help the cleric

if the evasion increased, it would be so unfair to try fight someone you cant even hit, who is the same level as you!
m.def is the Only fighters weakness right? why would you want them to be able to recieve higher m.def, it would just make it more unbalanced than it already is
Mages would die before they can even scratch the fighter

i do think archers need more base evasion
mages need more hp (with such low defense, a bit more hp wouldnt make too much difference right?)

The game was actually designed for pve with small pvp traits attached ... so in stating this I disagree with +9 gears adding anything other then def; those that want to solo rather then party.

As for +9 gears adding evade and mdef would (like previously stated) “would unbalance the game” even more and be a leaning approach to a pvp game rather then a pve. More over the added stats on the gears make a difference as it is…

A quick point to showing that pvp was not the original plan for this game would be the Stones ratio for classes, each class is given a amount of stones they need in there role in a party other wise all classes would have the same amount of stones.

please tell me if i said anything wrong here cause im still new to the forum

Yeah, i am fighter, give me m def bonus to my +9 armor^^ +9 armor for mages waaaay better then ours><

Reasons why +9 equips should NOT give m.def/eva bonuses:

Mages will never be able to kill a +9 Fighter. And they just balanced that out too.

Ok. I only have that reason for now... ;o

Anyway, this last patch (That raised the level cap) also came with a bunch of class balance. So far, I have not heared one extreamly unbalanced thing in the game that this last patch caused. Most players that pay attention to this kind of thing are fairly happy.

-Archers can dodge BK axes now. (Reduced BK aim)
-Mage can now kite with Magic Blast[3] and up. (Becoming more effective at level 81 when the empowered cooldown changes from -1.2 secs to -2.8 secs)
-Well, I'm not sure why Clerics are happy but I know mine is since he has a bunch of good gear... Lol. Clerics were never really unbalanced anyway. :P
-Fighters... Many are not too thrilled with this patch but I for one love it. It gets the other classes off our backs and brings a good name back to us. Maybe now there will be a few "Mages are overpowered!!!!" threads hanging around. :)

I like how it is atm.

Mages vs Fighter If the fighter can last enough to stun the Mage then there dead. If the mage Can kill the fighter before getting stunned then they win.


Tip for fighters: start the fight with shield/1h, stun then hotkey axe bam you win.
I was in fbz yesterday and I could easly kill a lvl 91 mage if I stun him and I'm @ lvl 75 other then that he can 2 hit me Lol

Raising those stats for a +9 would be bad because, for the people who dont have mains to give them money or have SC, they cant have +9 weapons. Having this feature would overpower some people (If they aren't overpowered enough).
