this is true all accounts that didn't logon to fiesta before a certain date are banned aswell ofc all new ones get banned..
my suggestion if you are from europe and wanna play Fiesta you go to the offical European server <Removed>
no idea of the Philippines though..

Hi,

Yes, users from the EU and the Philippines who made their account after a specific date (March 31, 2009) will not be able to play this version. There is an IP block in place because a version of Fiesta was licensed to those areas. For more information on the IP block please visit this thread (http://www.outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=156781).

Visit www.fiestaonline.net to gain access to the main pages for the other games.

Edit: The IP block for Germany was in place much earlier, back in June or July of 2008. There is also a Fiesta for that area.

I do not know how the EU's version is set up, or whether or not they have an IP block in place. But no, if you're in an IP blocked region you would not be able to interact beyond the forums with users here unless your account was created before the dates mentioned in the link I posted earlier.

However, you are more than welcome to stay and interact with us on the forums. You can compare versions, get advice from players who've been around longer, or just talk :)

it's not that much diffrence else then a couple of typos one good thing is that they a couple of versions behind but once the patches reach the eu vers there aren't likely too be many bugs which i think is good..
and like now where they aren't really any quest for ppl who got 90+ or w/e they write there will probably be when the eu version change the level cap
