The client has been illegally manipulated

Whenever i log into fiesta, i click on my character and a message pops up telling me that "Your client has been illegally manipulated. Please reinstall the client."
I have reinstalled the client about two more times, and still the same message.
Have I been Hacked?:confused:

well in this case i recommend that you redownload the cilent and re install it .http://fiesta.outspark.com/support/download
