I can login any of my alt character except Unknown241. Everytime i do login in it starts to freeze up on me and im unable to play. I've tried three other comps to login but it still freezes when i get on it. Please help me and thank you for your time.

Is your fighter in one of the guilds that has the guild-wide freeze bug? The bug is occurring because the guild name got lost by the server and now all members of those few guilds are unable to log in since they are trying to login with a guild name id that the servers don't recognise. Steam said they would try to fix this issue when the weekend was over and they could get into the offices.
