Lag

I still lag even though I re-download and re-install them for FIVE times. I still lag. And NO it has nothing to do with my connections or computer system. Because it meet all the requirements. I've asked a few people, most of them come out with the new patch. Yes, I did try to install them manually. Still, I had the same problem again and again. I think this is my second post. Which, my first I believe, is ignored, and now rotten in the old post.

Anyone who have a brighter idea to make this lag go?
