Strange greens

Today i notice i an storm axe is bound to my char , question what the points of binding a greens green axe ( poor in power and without stat ) when iam iam working with 1h sword & shield. To the rewards ar bound to the player now ?

This is obviously a mistake or else OS is really *Blank*. If items start being bound eye/mile sales will go down big time

The greens you get as a reward for lvling to 20, 30, 40 because of apprenticship, are bound.

It's bound as its a reward from the master scheme or from your academy.
