Guys why do i get error " Connection error between other players" whrn I try to play team race

i'm with this problem too, but only in the end of ALL races, i was suposed to be lv 5, i've race more than 120 times, but in the 120 times only 11 havent get the "Connection error between other players" PLZ HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
