"Map is under Maintenance."

Please help, when i log in to my character, it says "Map is under Maintenance"
My character was last seen in kq, and i got dc for some reason. I cant log to her ("Inna") now. My other chars are fine, but if i click her first, all my chars are affected as well, and the note above is shown, but when i click my other chars first, its fine.

this problem has happened to a few people XD but they all posted in the "my main can't log in but the rest can" thread XD I think your better off contacting the support team, since Ive had the problem for days, and no one has said anything in the forums...

Try closing Fiesta completely.
If that doesn't work, you can re-install or just wait and see if it changes with some time.

lol Ive reinstalled and even did a manual patch XD (I didnt see a point but it was worth a shot) and they both didnt work. I think its due to that whole odd thing that happened during the KQ... since thats what happened to me too, like I said, best option is to contact the support team in the FAQ area

I tried logging in as well in my brother's pc, i think its a problem in my character in the game. Well, I did contact them, =( thanks for helping me out, i just hope my char will be okay.

i just put the game on a new pc. at first it kept saying connection to servers failed then i went to properties and set it to run in compatability with win xp service pack 2 because the new pc has windows vista home premium on it and now i get the map under construction thing for uruga which is where my main is roumen and sand hill. can this be fixed or can i not play the game anymore??

This error occurs when a map goes down, and your character is on it. You're stuck till then. This used to be quite common, and I just had to live with it till it got fixed =\.

Play on another character until then... there isn't anything you can do.

In that case, when you get it back, send a message to a CSR explaining how and why you lost so much SC time, and ask for some of it back! Since it's not like a ban, where the timer still runs, you have a decent shot at getting it back. ^_^ Enjoy! I hope you can play soon!

I have the same problem.. Joined Spider KQ and it glitched, unable to play for almost 2 weeks... Character is Minart on Teva server.

This is happening to me, when I try log in with a chara it says: "map under maintenance". Im new and havnt played any of my charas yet and for some reason I was only able to access the Teva server, can anyone help?.

im getting this problem. i try to play any of them and it wouldnt work. i tried uninstalling it and then when i went to install it back on again, it keeps poppin' up "iMissing or Invalid Registry/INI entry".

im sorry i couldnt make it anymore vivid, but the small box just says what i said above, and the big one is the installation progress. the patch is version 11 if you can't see it.
