The graphics are definitely one of this game's more polished faces, for me. I find the animations to be smooth and realistic, textures are bright and sharp, and meshes seem solid and well-rigged. There are a good few scaling options for lower-end PCs that are also a plus. I enjoy the game's unique art style- cartoony, for a cartoony world. It doesn't pretend to be something it isn't. This is something I feel never worked well for WoW. WoW feels, to me, like a 'serious' game world that has been squashed down to fit into childish visuals, and the two traits don't match up to create a believable atmosphere.

Fiesta, on the other hand, is a lighthearted MMORPG based on casual gameplay, with a good sense of humour, highly stylized designs, and bright cartoony colours. And this fits, because it doesn't claim to be anything grander. It doesn't boast a highly indepth or engaging storyline. Races and classes are not intrically woven subplots into the lore of the game. It is simply a fun, entertaining game, with simplistic (but pretty) visuals to match the purposeful lack of 'detail' in the rest of the game.

Gameplay-wise, Fiesta is pretty standard "Korean MMO Grindfest". It draws you in, gets you addicted, and eventually becomes boring as the levels stretch out into eternity and every 1% starts to take hours to achieve. Fortunately, it has distractions that serve very well in delaying the onset of 'grinders fatigue'. Item upgrading is a frustrating process, but it consumes time, and it feels good when you end up with cool-looking glowy gears. Kingdom Quests, also, will become a major distraction from leveling - they are great fun, a great way to bond as a guild or find new friends, they encourage interaction between users and particularly for solo'ers, it may turn out to be the saving grace that sets Fiesta apart from other games of its type and keeps people interested longer.

Hopefully the item mall will not contain too many items that seperate the 'paying' community from the 'non-paying' players. It is all too easy to offer special "item-mall only" super-equipment and special items that nobody else has access to, and this alienates a very large portion of the community; they almost become second rate, and can feel ignored and disadvantaged. We'll have to see how the item mall affects gameplay in the future.

Overall, Fiesta has a unique charm, and what looks like the makings of a great GM support team (who also help to keep gameplay fresh and exciting day-by-day). It has big potential, if it avoids the item mall trap.

People are going to like it, methinks. :)
