Does a War Rant help with quest items?

Let the deluge of conflicting information commence!

I'll begin by saying... it helped with my friend's quest items when he had it, but not with mine when I had it. Then you could say my friend simply got lucky O.O 2 very rare drops within 1/2 hour of putting it on, I had it for a week (I think) grinding like mad and got nothing. lol.

i think csr or gm should make a sticky thread or something explaining how war rant work ._. better Dx dono

from the time it came out to now many people have used it, doesnt help ay all fro quest items

works best in dungoens and abysses and places with high rate drop you will see the best results, some maps u will feel like not on at all

at one time it didnt even work, but thats the past, now it works :) but like i said best places are high drop rate areas :)

When my cleric's husband got it for his lizard claw quest, less claws dropped after he equipped it. >.< I've heard conflicting information. Some people say it helps, some say it doesn't, some say it's bugged and does the opposite. Personally, I don't bother with warrant anymore.
