Buying Arctic or Intellect gear...

I am looking to buy Arctic or Intellect gear. These are my requests:

1. An Arctic Shirt with 3x End/Int or close.

2. Arctic pants with 3x End/Int or close.

3. I might be interested in Arctic or even lvl 74 Enchanter boots with Godly End/Int.

4. Lastly I am looking for a lvl 76 Enchanter hat with 3x End/Int or close.

I do not want anything that doesn't have both End and Int on the item(s). I have strict requirements but I am also willing to pay well. Also if you have something with say 3x End and mid 2x Int, I will probably still want it. ~

Please don't leave comments in here that have nothing to do with selling me anything or trying to sell me something I didn't ask for. Thanks ~
