I didn't play Fiesta for a couple weeks. Today was the first time I'm been on for a bit, and I noticed the new server and thought "hey cool, Teva will be less crowded"...But when I went on, the lag was really bad, the game had changed from full screen to a window I couldn't maximize, and it froze up on me on my way into the Sea of Greed. Can someone tell me whats going on? I'm totally sad I can't play this game!! :(

I can't fix the froze up map change issue but I can help you with the full screen issue and possibly a bit of the lag.
1) Log into the game.
2) Open the options. To do this either left click the icon on far bottom right of your screen, or press the ESC key on your keyboard once.
3) Left click Graphic Settings.
4) See on right the Window Mode and Resolution options?
4a) For window mode to be on make the bubble to right of it be filled / yellowed in, to have full screen mode leave it empty.
4b) To decide what size you want the window / full screen to be set for left click the drop-down menu and choose the screen size you would prefer.
5) When ready to set the changes you have selected click the Apply button.
Now as I promised there is also a way to decrease lag here. Do you see in this same window the slider bars for Backgrounds, LOD Distance, Shadows? The further to the right each of these are the more lag, the further to the left the less real the game will be. Shadows fully to the left means 0 shadows from all characters and monsters. Backgrounds fully to the left means that buildings, mountains, trees, and the like that aren't navigatable items but just there for scenery at the edges of maps will not appear. LOD Distance fully to the left means that until you are right near players, monsters, town buildings, and others things that aren't part of the map itself will not appear on your screen. The good news is you will lag way less, the bad news is it makes it harder to know where to find that monster or player shop that may be off in the distance.
Again when you have these slider bars to where you want them, click again on Apply.
