X-trap wont let me open the game

Ok so Ill click the game launcher login ang then itll start to load the game but then this X-trap thing will pop up in front and close the game. I cant read wat it says because for some reason its in japanese...the only options are "ok" which just closes the pop up and doesnt bring the game back up or theres "mail X-trap" which Im guessing mails tghis X-trap thingy, dont kno what use that is tho. how do I get rid of this pop up? Its not letting me play Fiesta

i have the same problem but sometimes on my computer it stands error conection to server. It means the same as that japanees words.
And tell me if you know how to get it away anytime.:) and if i found out how to remove X-trap i tell it to you.:D
