Edit:
issue solved. i downloaded an older version of the installer, and installed that,
making sure that there is only one copy of windows service pack on the computer at the time, or else there will be an error.
another issue came up; a missing ini/registry componant when trying to patch.
the missing ini/registry problem was solved by finding the address to fiesta.bin, and changing that location in the registry.

hello.
i have been trying to install fiesta since last night. it was a fresh install of the latest version. it became frozen during install, so i stopped that, deleted everything and tried again, and since then i have been getting a 'ReportUserInfo' error, which says that it has 'encountered a problem and needs to close'. It continues to install, however the install is always flawed, and the message shows up several times (there were 11 of the error window piled up, at one point). Aside that, when Fiesta actually does install, trying to open the launcher gives an 'Outspark Launcher has encountered an error and needs to close' message.
i have followed the instructions on both the stickied 'what to do if you cannot install' post, and another post by a user. i have cleared temp files, both regular and internet, cleared Outspark's data from my registry manually as well as with CCcleaner, and deleted the folders by hand. i've restarted several times, and followed the above steps several times. i'm not sure what to do now, and i'm just unable to even get it installed without the 'ReportUserInfo' error at this point.
some help would be greatly appreciated.
