I did some research and collected all the base stats for the ten different mount pets:

+3 POW/AGI Mounts:
Felix
Tiger
Pony

+3 INT/WIS Mounts:
Teddy
Hippo

+3 INT/AGI Mounts:
Bernard
Dino
Piggy

+3 MEN/WIS Mounts:
Squirrel

+3 MEN/POW Mounts:
Lion

In addition, all the Mounts start out with +1 Movement speed.


There is also some consistency when enhancing mounts:
You get +1 movement and +5% attack* for each level. You will also gain a random stat (HP, MP, defense, and attack are the stats that I've seen), which will also increase with each level.

So:
lvl0: This is what your mount starts at. No extra bonuses besides the base stats above.
lvl1: +1 move, +5% attack
lvl2: +2 move, +10% attack
lvl3: +3 move, +15% attack

*Note that the mount's description says "+5% attack RATE" which might make you think that it means attack speed. It's not. It actually adds 5% to your ATTACK, which is freaking SWEET btw.

So the base stats for each type of pet seem constant; however, when you enhance your mount, these stats are random. At least I think they are...there aren't a whole lotta people with Lvl1+ mounts out there yet.

Bonuses I've seen so far:
+ Def
+% Attack Rate
+ Max MP
+% Attack Increase (yes you read right)

And enhancing your mount further increases movement speed too of course.

It's nice to know the base stats :D I believe they come with a +1 movement rate as well, from what i've seen ^^

The mount starts at level 0 when you first get it. You can enhance it to level 3.
